
Winns Bakehouse is a comprehensive museum depicting valley life from 1837, with displays of tools, household items, and other memorabilia from Coromandel Valley’s early days. The Bakehouse operated from 1862 until the early 1940s and was a focal point for the valley.
The area surrounding the Bakehouse is ideal for a picnic on the banks of the river.
