The Islamic Museum of Australia (IMA) was developed in part to support core curriculum teaching. Much of its content is aligned to the Australian Curriculum.

IMA is a great place to engage in intercultural dialogue and develop intercultural understanding. This relates to the Australian Curriculum general capability of Intercultural Understanding and Intercultural Capability within the Victorian curriculum.

The Islamic Museum of Australia offers school packages for those school physically visiting the site. For those who are unable to visit onsite, the Museum has developed a series of curriculum-aligned education resources.
