The Robe Customs House was built in 1863 and has previously served as the harbormaster’s office, and the council offce. Nowadays, the Robe Customs House is a maritime museum and houses exhibits containing items from the port and its history, particularly commemorating migrant workers who worked the Victorian goldfields.
