The SA School Constitution Convention is a one day meeting of Year 11 students from all over South Australia, hosted at parliament house. The annual convention encourages student learning about civics and citizenship, democracy, the Australian Constitution and what it means to be an Australian citizen.

Students are asked to work together to address a question about the Constitution, and then put together a proposal to be presented to the convention.

Participants of the SA School Constitution Convention are then asked to apply for the National School Constitution Convention held in Canberra.
