The Youth Affairs Council of South Australia (YACSA) is the peak body that represents the interests of young people, youth sector workers, organisations and networks throughout the non-government youth sector.

YACSA is a member-based organisation whose policy positions are independent and not aligned with any political party. They work with and for their members to achieve meaningful improvements in the quality of young people’s lives in South Australia. YACSA also represents a state perspective at the national level.

YACSA is also responsible for The Smashed Avocado, a youth-oriented news and journalism site.
